Barca and Sevilla reach agreement in principle for Jules Kounde: Romero

As per Gerard Romero, Barcelona have reached and agreement in principle with Sevilla for Chelsea target Jules Kounde this morning.

He reports that the deal is 99% complete barring a surprise in the coming hours.

Chelsea have been linked to Kounde since last summer and the deal looked set to be completed now but Romero reports otherwise.
