Paulo Dybala reportedly breaks Ronaldo's record for most jerseys sold in Italy in single day

AS Roma’s newest signing Paulo Dybala has sent the club’s fans into a frenzy since joining them.

According to Corriere dello Sport, the 28-year-old set a new record in Italy in terms of jersey sales the day after being officially unveiled as a Roma player.

Dybala reportedly broke the record of most jerseys sold in a single day in Italy, surpassing the feat set by Cristiano Ronaldo when he joined Juventus.

While the exact number is unspecified, it seems like the Argentine’s signing has garnered more hype in Italy than Ronaldo’s did.

Dybala has signed a three-year contract with Roma, but included a €20m release clause in his deal too.
