Seems like Barcelona have finally got what they wanted – a big offer that almost matches the price Blaugrana paid for the 25-year-old, €86m.
However, the main question is whether the club will convince the Dutchman to join Man United. His departure is said to be a must given the club's Financial Fair Play situation.
