Chelsea have tabled a new offer for Jules Kounde worth €55m, according to Mundo Deportivo.
As has been confirmed by Joan Laporta, Barca paid €45m for Lewandowski, with another €5m to come on variables.
It remains to be seen if Barcelona can match Chelsea's offer or make a bigger one.
The English club are Barca's biggest rival for the big defender and could sign him if Sevilla decides to take the money on offer.
For now, Sevilla are still asking for more money for the Frenchman and there is no agreement with the Blues.
