Juventus have rejected an offer from Chelsea for defender Matthijs de Ligt, as per La Gazzetta dello Sport.
The offer tabled by Chelsea was worth €70 million, with €10 million in add-ons. This comes after Juventus had already rejected a player-plus cash offer from the Blues.
Bayern Munich are offering a lower guaranteed offer for De Ligt but their add-ons are higher, bringing the total closer to Chelsea's offer.
