Bayern Munich have officially announced that Robert Lewandowski is joining Barcelona.
In a press statement, Bayern President Herbert Hainer said: "We have a verbal agreement with Barcelona for Lewandowski. It's good for both sides that we have clarity. Robert is a very deserving player, he won everything with us. We are incredibly grateful to him."
The striker will join Barca on a three-year deal with an option of a further year.
The Pole joins Barca on a reported fee of €45m plus another €5m in add-ons.
Lewandowski will join Barcelona in their pre-season tour of the United States next week.
The striker will earn a reported salary of around €9m per season.
