Ousmane Dembele's new Barcelona contract sees his wages reduced by 40%

Ousmane Dembele's transfer saga is finally over with the Frenchman a new two-year contract at Barcelona.

According to Goal France, the winger has agreed to reduce his salary by 40 per cent in the process of negotiations.

The 25-year-old will now be earning an initial €6 million net per year. Dembele's old salary at Camp Nou was €11 million net.

However, various bonuses would still allow the player to earn up to €10 million-per-season should the criteria be met for those add-ons.
