Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has suffered yet another injury setback as he limped off the pitch in the first half of the Crystal Palace win.
The midfielder went straight down the tunnel a couple of minutes before the break.
The 28-year-old had a chance to convince Jurgen Klopp to increase his role in the coming season, having dropped down the pecking order significantly in the second half of the last season.
Diogo Jota and Alisson are two other players to have missed the Palace game through injuries, while Joe Gomez was held back as a precaution.
