Eden Hazard got his first minutes of the season against Almeria, coming in as a sub in the second half. After the game, Carlo Ancelotti commented on his performance.
"He did a great job in tight spaces, he's training well and he will have his time this season," the Real Madrid coach said.
Earlier this summer, Ancelotti said that he planned on taking advantage of Hazard's versatility. Tonight, the Belgian played as a right winger, quite an unconventional role for him.
Eden is expected to get more playing time this season.
