Emerson Palmieri has left Chelsea for West Ham on a permanent deal, the Hammers have confirmed.

Chelsea have reportedly agreed a deal to sell the Italy international for £13m + £2m in add-ons.
The player has signed a four-year deal with West Ham with an option for an extra year.
Emerson joined Chelsea in January 2018 and made 71 appearances for the Blues, never really becoming a regular starter for a sustained period of time.
