Ruben Neves 'has shown little desire' to negotiate with Liverpool and Manchester United in the summer, reports Diario Sport's Lluis Miguelsanz.
The Portuguese stayed at Wolverhampton, hoping that Barcelona would bid for him in 2023. His priority is to play for the Catalans.
The 25-year-old is on Barca's list of potential Sergio Busquets successors. However, Real Sociedad's Martin Zubimendi is said to be the priority signing.
The defensive midfielder has scored 25 goals and provided 12 assists in 220 appearances for Wolves.
