How Xavi 'supports' Ansu Fati amid his mental struggles explained

Xavi is in contact with Ansu Fati almost every day, reports Mundo Deportivo's Roger Torello.

The Barca boss spurs the player and reminds him that he is just 19 years old and his best career moments are still ahead.

Xavi often tells Ansu that it is very important for him to be at 100 per cent physically in order to avoid any risks.

Earlier, it was revealed that Ansu Fati is still worried about all the injuries he has suffered in his career and the long-term consequences they may carry. The player has even hired a personal psychologist to help himself overcome the struggles.

The youngster has made just one appearance in the starting eleven so far this season. He scored 2 goals and provided 2 assists across all competitions this term.
