2 Barca players stays back in Qatar after Spain's elimination from World Cup

Jordi Alba and Eric Garcia decided to stay back in Qatar after Spain got bundled out of the World Cup at the hands of Morocco on Tuesday.

Alejandro Balde, Gavi, Sergio Busquets, Ferran Torres, Pedri and Ansu Fati were among the 14 Spanish players who took the flight back to Spain on Wednesday morning.

There are 12 more Spanish players who are staying back in Qatar for holidays, with permission from the Spanish Football Federation and their clubs.

Barcelona have given the World Cup players a 10-day holiday before they can return to training.
