British Broadcaster Piers Morgan Blasts Messi for Allowing Martinez Mock Mbappe

Controversial British broadcaster Piers Morgan has slammed Lionel Messi, for watching on and allowing goalkeeper Emiliano Martínez to mock Kylian Mbappe during their celebratory parade. 

Martinez conceded three goals from Mbappe during the 120 minutes of the 2022 World Cup final between Argentina and France, and he also failed to save the Frenchman's kick during the shootout. 

But the Aston Villa was the hero of the day as he saved two other penalties, which helped La Albiceleste beat Les Bleus 4-2 on penalties. 

What happened during the parade?

 Argentina's national football team have returned home from Qatar and took their newly-won title around the capital of Buenos Aires to celebrate with their countrymen.

 Aboard the vehicle that was taking players around the city, Martinez was seen holding a teddy bear bearing an image of Mbappe's face. 

According to what Morgan posted on Twitter, he stated that Messi should not have allowed his teammate at PSG to be mocked by Martinez.
