Chelsea have confirmed that David Datro Fofana will wear the number 27 shirt from this season. The Ivorian will not get to wear Didier Drogba's iconic no. 11 and continue the legacy.
Benoit Badiashille has been handed the no. 4 shirt recently won by Andreas Christensen. It was a number popular with Cesc Fabregas.
Finally, new goalkeeper Gabriel Slonina will wear the number 36.
All three signings have been registered in the Premier League for the remainder of the season.
