Dani Alves allegedly admits fact of sexual penetration in night club, could spend 12 years in prison

"He [Dani Alves] has recognised that the sexual act [with the woman he allegedly raped] was consummated through [anal] penetration," reports Antena 3 journalist Carlos Quilez, via Marca.

If the information is true, this means the Brazilian has changed his version of truth for the fourth time already. Previously, he stated that he didn't even know the woman and that they only had oral sex.

The player's lawyers are expected to defend the point that the sexual act was committed by mutual consent – this seems the only justification Dani Alves could have at the moment.

If the player is found guilty, he will possibly spend the next 12 years in prison.
