Speaking to Sky Sports after the Tottenham defeat, Graham Potter has admitted that he expected the pressure to increase on him from the Chelsea board amid poor results.
"It’s the same in any job anywhere,” he said.
“If results aren’t good enough, which they aren’t, you can’t rely on support forever. My job is to keep going."
So far, the board is reportedly backing Potter even though Chelsea have only scored once in the last six games - all of which they have failed to win.
