Saka 10, Holding 8: Arsenal player ratings in Palace triumph

Arsenal defeated Palace at home 4-1 and the lads put in a magnificent performance.

Saka: 10/10. Two goals and an assist for our Little Chilly in another Rolls-Royce showing for the Gunners. Saka is just a perfect all-round player: he scores, he assists, he gets involved in the build-up, he helps in defence, and he showed all these qualities again today.

White: 9. Arguably Benny Blanco's best attacking performance this season. He was like another Odegaard but on the right-hand side, playing incisive passes and providing Saka with a gorgeous assist for Arsenal's second goal.

Another time Ben proved wrong Gareth Southgate, who did not pick him for the England squad for the upcoming international games.

Martinelli: 8. Gabi showed that his missed penalty against Sporting is only a distant memory now, putting the Gunners ahead with an excellent finish. He's in excellent form, don't let that penalty miss fool you: Gabi has 6 goals in 6 last Prem games.

Xhaka: 8. A midfield masterclass from the Switzerland international, who was simply unplayable today. A goal after a breathtaking combination with Trossard is the cherry on top of the cake.

Holding: 8. The Englishman was aggressive but tidy in tackling and very reliable in passing, proving everyone who was worried about Saliba missing the game wrong.

Tierney: 8. It's difficult to come up with 25 minutes to go when your side is comfortably ahead and impress but KT did exactly that. Our Tesco man provided an assist for Saka's second goal, nearly assisted Odegaard and showed some excellent defending against Olise just when Palace looked like scoring their second.

Ramsdale: 7.5. Made a big save on Schlupp early on and made a couple of good stops after that.

Others: Trossard 7.5; Gabriel, Zinchenko, Odegaard, Partey, Kiwior 7; Jesus 6.5, ESR, Jorginho N/A
