Hilarious Video of Erling Haaland Goes Viral as Fans Speculate Whether He 'Farted' on Leon Goretzka

During Manchester City's match against Bayern Munich, a video clip of Erling Haaland has caused a stir among fans who are speculating whether or not he 'farted' on Leon Goretzka in a comical incident.

Earlier this month, Manchester City secured their spot in the Champions League semi-finals by defeating Bayern Munich 4-1 on aggregate.

In the first leg of their quarter-final tie against Bayern Munich, Manchester City dominated with a 3-0 victory at the Etihad Stadium, followed by a 1-1 draw in the return leg at the Allianz Arena, resulting in a 4-1 aggregate win.

Erling Haaland made a successful return to Germany by scoring a goal, and a few weeks after the second-leg tie, a video of the Norwegian superstar from that game has become viral.

A video clip that has been widely shared on Twitter shows an interaction between Haaland and Goretzka, and supporters are convinced they have figured out what occurred.

Several online users are convinced that the Man City star striker 'farted' in the vicinity of Goretzka, who can be seen clutching his nose and moving away from Haaland in the video clip.

In the video clip, Haaland can be seen rubbing his stomach, suggesting that he may have just let out a fart.

As expected, the exchange between Haaland and Goretzka has generated a lot of buzz on social media.

One Twitter user wrote: "Is that why the defences of each team he has scored at couldn't handle him??"

A second tweeted: "Erling Fartland."

A third joked: "Erling Fart Haaland."

A fourth said: "I think he explained to Goretzka about his stomach upset."

Another added: "He touched his stomach to let him know he is not doing it intentionally."

One thing's for sure, Bayern failed to contain Haaland as he scored in both legs to eliminate the Bundesliga side from the competition.

The 22-year-old fired blank against Sheffield United in the FA Cup, but he returned to the score-sheet versus Arsenal.

He scored his side's fourth goal in their 4-1 win over the Gunners in midweek as he starred at the Etihad.

Haaland has scored a staggering 49 goals in all competitions this season as Man City continue to fight on three fronts.
