Reports Suggest Cristiano Ronaldo is Eager to Depart Al Nassr Only Months After Joining the Club

Stunning reports suggest that Cristiano Ronaldo is keen to depart from Al Nassr and make a significant comeback to Europe.

As per a report from the Spanish news outlet El Nacional, Cristiano Ronaldo is seeking to depart from Saudi Arabia and is prepared to make a return to one of his former clubs.

Sources claim that the Portuguese superstar could potentially return to Real Madrid in a non-playing capacity, such as an ambassador.

El Nacional write: "Florentino Perez has guaranteed that [Ronaldo] will not lack work at the Santiago Bernabeu.

"But, obviously, he wouldn't do it to be a player, because he considers that it is a cycle that should be considered closed."

After the termination of his contract with Manchester United, Ronaldo joined Al Nassr in January 2023, signing a highly lucrative deal that keeps him with the club until 2025.

Despite earning a reported annual salary of £173 million, the 38-year-old seems poised to turn his back on this lucrative package.

Although he has only been with Al Nassr for five months, the former Juventus player has already scored 12 goals in 15 games for the club across all competitions.

However, there are reports that he may cut short his time in the Middle East as he is allegedly considering a return to Europe, where he has previously experienced a great deal of success as a player.
