Bayern Munich Reportedly Confident of Signing Harry Kane, Have Already Found Him a Luxury Villa

Bayern Munich are reportedly very confident of signing Harry Kane from Tottenham Hotspur, and have already arranged a luxury villa for him to live in.

According to The Mirror, Bayern have found a house in the millionaire's enclave of Grunwald, which is on the outskirts of Munich. The villa is said to be worth £10 million and has everything Kane could need, including a swimming pool, tennis court, and cinema room.

Bayern are also said to have reserved Kane a seat in the dressing room, while they have held talks with his representatives about what squad number he would wear if he joined.

However, it remains to be seen whether Bayern will be able to secure a deal for Kane, as Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy is demanding a fee of £100 million. Bayern are reportedly willing to pay £86 million for Kane, but it is unclear whether they will be willing to increase their offer.

Kane has one year left on his contract at Tottenham and has no intention of signing a new deal. However, he would prefer for Tottenham to receive a fee if he moves.

Tottenham hope that they will be able to persuade Kane to sign a contract extension with a release clause, which would prevent him from leaving for free. However, if Kane is determined to leave, Tottenham may have to accept a lower fee than they would like in order to avoid losing him for nothing next summer.

The transfer saga is likely to continue for some time, but Bayern's confidence in signing Kane is a clear indication that they are serious about bringing him to the Allianz Arena.
