Guardiola rule out Barcelona return: 'would love' to continue at Man City

Guardiola says he's feeling 'really well' at his current club despite his contract running out next summer.

Laporta has said that he'd bring back the coach if elected.

"I would love to stay longer at Manchester City, it's a place where I'm feeling really well, but to stay I have to deserve it," reasoned Pep Guardiola has said, as quoted by Diario Sport.

"In the last decade, this club has reached certain standards, and I know that to renew I must keep them."

Guardiola's contract with City runs out already next summer and he's yet to agree on a new deal.

There have been reports that the coach would be open to make a Barcelona return. Presidential candidate Joan Laporta has said that he'd get Pep back if elected.
