Edouard Mendy is expected to miss Chelsea’s next Premier League game against Southampton, after picking up a thigh injury on international duty.
The goalkeeper uploaded an image of himself on Instagram with a short and sweet message for all Chelsea supporters.
He wrote: "Little hitch, I’m going to do everything I can to come back faster and stronger. Thank you all for your messages."
It's good to see that the goalkeeper is recovering well and we hope to have him back for our Champions League clash against Sevilla on October 20.
