Real Madrid left-back Mendy returns to group training

As pictures from Real Madrid's training session on Tuesday reveal, Ferland Mendy is back on the pitch and is doing work with the rest of the group

However, Marca report that the Frenchman is very unlikely to recover in time for the upcoming game against Celta Vigo.

Mendy picked up an injury at the end of the 2020/21 season and is yet to fully recover.

Last term, Ferland played 38 matches for Real Madrid and scored two goals.
