Erik ten Hag requests Man United board for 'entire new XI' to fix issues

As per The Independent, a tier-two source, Erik ten Hag has requested the Manchester United board for an 'entire new starting XI' to fix the many issues within the squad.

This was even before our 3-1 loss to Arsenal, so one can only imagine what Ten Hag thinks of the squad now.

The Independent understands that even Ralf Rangnick supports this idea, as he thinks a majority of the players are not up to the standards.

The report further adds that Rangnick's recent statement on signing possibly 10 new players weren't 'idle words'.

Players like Jesse Lingard, Paul Pogba and Edison Cavani are certain to leave once their contracts expire this summer. However, the report claims there could be many more following them out of Old Trafford.
