Barca back in Kounde race, consider making offer: top source

Barcelona are reluctant to rule out the transfer of Jules Kounde, Cadena COPE's Helena Condis (5 stars) reports.

The Catalans consider submitting an official bid for the centre-back.

Yesterday, Kounde's transfer was regarded as complicated. However, the situation has changed in the last few hours.

According to previous records, Chelsea were ready to offer Sevilla around €65m for the centre-back. Barca considered the bid too high to match, but things seem to have changed.
