Former Chelsea goalkeeper Kelvin Hitchcock has urged Kepa to find a way of enjoying playing football for Chelsea again as his inconsistency in front of goal could cost him his futures the bridge and Chelsea may be forced to go in search of his replacement. Chelsea players agree on 10 percent pay cut proposal

As was initially reported that Arsenal players have accepted 12.5 percent pay cut and Chelsea stars are set to follow suit.  Because of the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, many clubs around the have found it hard to cope with the financial ambiguity facing them which has forced some teams to let go of some staff while some players have decided to take a pay cut to help the teams stabilize their finance.  Arsenal was the latest team whose players agreed a 12.5 percent pay cut and it has been made known that Chelsea players are soon to follow.   Chelsea Captain Cesar Azpilicueta has been at the forefront of the negotiations with the club, with the club promising the first team players that the pay cut will be removed after the Coronavirus pandemic is over.
