  Former Chelsea Sporting Director Michael Emenalo has  prepared a list of  transfer plans for Newcastle United Despite the Delay in his appointment.  But Newcastle are holding off on appointing him just yet, as they conduct a 'thorough process'.    Reports suggest that the  Magpies may wait until AFTER January to make an appointment... despite their precarious situation.   Emenalo, 56, is one of the favourites for the job and has held talks with Toon bosses.  He would be ready to start immediately, and has already outlined plans for the January window.   But as the Toon dawdle on finalising an appointment, they may leave their January business to people already in place at the club - despite their dire situation in the league.  As it stands business would be left to manager Eddie Howe, head of recruitment Steve Nickson and Amanda Staveley.   England International and WestHam Skipper Declan Rice  has admitted that he's ready to stay in the Club with the Arrival of  Daniel Kretinsky.   Kretinsky bought a 27 per cent stake in West Ham earlier this month and has agreed an option for a full takeover of the club as part of his deal with David Sullivan and David Gold.   Asked whether Kretinsky's arrival can help the club match his ambition, Rice told the London Evening Standard: “Yeah, hopefully the club can get in the Champions League and my ambition, of course, is that I want to play in the Champions League as well.   "Hopefully the club can keep pushing."   Manchester United Newly Appointed Interim manger Ralf Rangnick is expected to bring in  some of his staff to Manchester United's backroom team.   According to reports it is  anticipated that the current coaching staff members will remain at the club as Rangnick prepares to take over as interim manager.  United confirmed the appointment of Rangnick as interim manager until the end of the season before he undertakes a two-year consultancy role.   Club sources have indicated Rangnick could be joined by a handful of staff members but United are not expecting any more imminent outgoings from the coaching department.   Lars Kornetka was described by Rangnick as ' the best video analyst we have in Germany' and joined the German at Lokomotiv Moscow earlier this year.  Christian Mockel was appointed as Lokomotiv's head of scouting by Rangnick.   Chelsea defender Malang Sarr is reportedly in Italy to finalize talks with Inter Milan over a January loan move.   Sportmediaset reports while Chelsea were drawing 1-1 with Manchester United on Sunday, Sarr was in Milan for talks with Inter.   The former Nice defender is in his first season with Chelsea and has tasted first team football, but is seeking more regular football.   Sarr's minders have approached Inter, on the recommendation of Blues teammate and former Nerazzurri star Romelu Lukaku, and he was in Italy yesterday to discuss a January move.  Inter could take Sarr on-loan for six months with a permanent option of €15m for June. Aruna has continued to exceed expectations with his performance at major international competitions and this was also displayed in Houston when he became the first Nigerian and African to make it to the quarterfinal stage in the history of the world championships. The Nigerian was named the World Table Tennis Player in 2014, later became the first African to reach the quarterfinal stage at the Olympic Games and ITTF World Cup, and in Houston he set a new African record as the first African player to make it to the last eight in the history of the ITTF World Championships.  Fc Barcelona Representatives arrives Paris  for the Prestigious Balloon d'Or gala night. Pedri, Alexia Putellas and Barcelona president Joan Laporta have arrived Paris ahead of the Ballon d'Or gala taking place later today.  Pedri was spotted in a jet heading to Paris for the event.   Pedri and Putellas are expected to pick the young player of the year award and the women's Ballon d'Or award respectively.  It would be quite fitting for more accollades to be brought back to Barca, on the same day the club was formed, 122 years ago.
