Liverpool whiz Harvey Elliott has revealed the reason he decided to turndown Madrid's offer to sign for Liverpool. The youngster was given a total tour of Santiago Bernabeu when he was still at fulham while negotiations were ongoing with Madrid but Elliot snubbed Sergio Ramos and the Club to their greatest surprise. La Liga Champions Barcelona is set to offer four players in the bid to sign Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Kai Havertz in the summer.
