Liverpool whiz Harvey Elliott has revealed the reason he decided to turndown Madrid's offer to sign for Liverpool. The youngster was given a total tour of Santiago Bernabeu when he was still at fulham while negotiations were ongoing with Madrid but Elliot snubbed Sergio Ramos and the Club to their greatest surprise. After Elliot was offered to meet the Spanish club captain he replied, " No, it's OK, thanks, I don't like him after what he did to Mo Salah". Elliot signed for Liverpool for an undisclosed fee in July 2019. Elliott made his first-team debut for Fulham in September 2018, becoming the youngest player to play in the EFL Cup, aged 15 years and 174 days. Manchester Police issue statement on the possibility of United playing at neutral venues.

It no longer news that EPL will be resuming next month and Greater Manchester Police are working with both Manchester clubs with a view to ensure that both clubs remaining Premier League fixtures can be played at their respective home grounds. According to Manchester Evening News, Deputy Chief Constable, Mark Roberts, has highlighted United’s home game against Sheffield United and City’s home games against Newcastle United and Liverpool as potential candidates to be played at neutral venues. La Liga Champions Barcelona is set to offer four players in the bid to sign Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Kai Havertz in the summer. Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has made a huge promise to a 16-year-old attacker in a bid to lure him to Old Trafford. Solskjaer has informed the £30million rated attacker that he would be competing with the first team players for game time if he joins the Red Devils in the summer. Barcelona is prepared to go all out to sign Inter Milan striker Lautaro Martinez and the La Liga giants have raised the bar beyond the reach of the Serie A club. Barcelona is set to offer a sum of €10 million gross per season to the Argentine forward a valuation Inter Milan deem too high to meet. After what can be said to be a major set back in the world of football, Bundesliga was set to resume sparking excitement in the heart o football lovers across the globe but that joy could be cut short as three Cologne players tested positive for coronavirus pandemic.  German football club Cologne tested the entire team, backroom staffs and coaching staffs for coronavirus before 3 tested positive the formers will be placed into 14-days quarantine with hopes to kickstart the German football season in Ma "Cologne will not confirm any names out of respect for the privacy of those affected."  The club said players would continue to train in preparation for the Bundesliga campaign to resume, with further tests to be carried out as part of the league's health and safety protocol.
