Roman Abramovich's daughter speaks out against Russia's war on Ukraine despite father's alleged links to Vladimir Putin

The daughter of Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich, Sofia, has used her social media platform to speak against the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

The 27-year-old took to Instagram on Friday to declare that the act of aggression was Vladimir Putin's — and not Russia's as a country.

Of course, here's the kicker: Abramovich is believed to have close ties to Putin himself.

There have already been calls in the British Parliament to ban the oligarch from entering the country and strip him of all the assets in the UK, including Chelsea. The businessman himself is yet to comment on the situation.
