Tyrell Malacia 'chooses' to join Man United over Lyon

Feyenoord left-back Tyrell Malacia has chosen to join Man United ahead of Olympique Lyonnais, claims French outlet L’Equipe.

After it was discovered that the Red Devils had an offer accepted for the 22-year-old, the Dutchman let Lyon know that he will go to England.

Malacia is now negotiating his personal terms with United, agreeing which will help the deal get one step closer to completion.

The left-back looks set to become the Red Devils’ first signing of the summer transfer window after a dramatic last few days.

United are going to pay around €15m plus €2m in add-ons for the left-back, who has been called ‘amazing’ by Erik ten Hag in the past.
